Reporting a Player¶
Found a cheater, a bug, or someone breaking the rules? Here's how to flag it to staff.
Report it in Discord¶
The official way to report bugs, glitches, and cheaters is in the ShinyVale Discord. Include as much detail as you can:
- The player's exact username
- What happened and roughly when
- Screenshots or a clip if you have one — this makes a huge difference
What to expect¶
Staff review reports and act on confirmed rule-breaking — bans, mutes, and other actions are a staff judgment call based on the evidence, not something that happens automatically.
Don't take matters into your own hands
Retaliating against a rule-breaker (griefing back, harassing them, exploiting the same bug) breaks the rules just as much as what they did. Report it and let staff handle it.
